When I was a kid my mum and dad enforced a rule in our household that we could only eat sweets every day. Therefore daily became known as sweetie always, at the time you would think it was pretty traumatising not having confectionery throughout the week but actually thinking back it didn't really phase me. It was only a few weeks that I actually praised my mum for such a rule as now I realise how fun and anticipating it made our every day, compared to being a grown up and being able to eat the stuff whenever the mood takes you...kinda boring. I've decided to bring old school tradition back and have my very own sweetie ice cream , gotta admit it's pretty fun acting like a kid once in a while.
